About the School
A structured pathway for professionals ready to grow.
For three years, the SCG annual mentorship programme attracted hundreds of applicants, but its one-on-one model could only accommodate a limited number of mentees. The SCG Mentorship School was created to open a structured, expert-led pathway to a much broader community of aspiring and early-career HSE professionals.
The School combines professional development, technical HSE training, leadership growth and mentorship into one connected learning ecosystem.
