The SCG Mentorship School is an initiative of Safety Campaign Ghana, created to open structured, expert-led professional development to a much broader community of HSE professionals.
Our Story
Why the SCG Mentorship School was created.
For three consecutive years, the Safety Campaign Ghana annual mentorship programme drew hundreds of applications from aspiring and early-career HSE professionals. Its one-on-one mentoring model produced strong results, but by design it could only serve a small number of mentees each year.
The SCG Mentorship School was established to change that. It opens a structured, expert-led pathway to a far broader community, so that the guidance once available to a few becomes accessible to many without losing its depth.

The School exists to give HSE professionals a clear, progressive route to develop technical competence, professional confidence and readiness for the demands of industry.

Every cohort moves through a connected learning ecosystem: live sessions led by SCG and industry experts, practical assessments that mirror real workplace tasks, mentorship support from experienced practitioners, and a peer community that continues beyond the classroom.
